1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is made within 2 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable food items (unless spoiled/damaged during delivery)
- Products that are used or tampered with
- Items purchased under a clearance or promotional sale (unless damaged)
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, details of the product, and reason for return
- If applicable, share clear photos of the item and packaging
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received back (if required), your refund will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- If you paid via COD, we will refund via UPI or bank transfer
- In case of non-returnable products, we may offer store credit or a replacement, at our discretion
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them
- Once the order is processed/shipped, cancellation will not be allowed
- In case of a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method
